1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Medrelay you agree to these terms and any signed order form between your organization and Medrelay. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are provisioned by your hospital administrator. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, using multi-factor authentication where required, and reporting suspected account compromise immediately.

3. Acceptable use

Medrelay is intended for legitimate clinical, operational, and administrative communication. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or send content that violates applicable law or your organization's policies.

4. Customer content

Your organization retains ownership of messages, attachments, and configuration data. You grant Medrelay the rights required to operate, secure, and improve the service on your behalf.

5. Service availability

We work to maintain a reliable service with documented uptime targets. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance through the admin console and status channel.

6. Clinical responsibility

Medrelay is a communication tool, not a medical device. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals and the organizations that employ them.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service according to the order form. Upon termination, customer data is exported or deleted per the retention terms in your agreement.
